As many of you already know, I've decided to work on publishing my Unexpected Series.

It's going to be hard work to make sure that I'm putting out my best work for all of you that have started with me from the beginning of this journey.

I'm fairly certain there will be many panic attacks along the way, but I'm determined to get my work out into the world so that many of you can hold in your very hands a copy of the first AND second book in the Unexpected Series.

While I'm in the process, I do have to remove a percentage of the story so that I can publish it. I've decided to take out the last 20-30% of the story.

Lot's of you had your say about Pat.... not much of it was very good though... although, I'm not sure if many understand why I'm not going to change him to make you like him. I know this story is fake but guess what, people cheat... lie... steal... get divorced... are horrible inside...

Everyone says that I'm able to weave all the different personalities and characters very well...

WELL THAT'S HOW. I keep my characters the way I like them, the way I would feel was doing them justice really. Pat isn't going to change... even if he realizes he did OAKLEY wrong, he can't just drop Sarah and Amelia... he wouldn't do it when Oakley nearly died, why would he do it at all now?

The only person between Pat and Oakley that can change and grow is Oakley... she's the one that can realize that she's going to be okay without Pat.

Someone also commented on grandma and grandpa Lawson... It's not that Patricks family hates Sarah and Amelia... it's just that none of them could believe that Norine just ran away. Grant has said that before and Oakley has said that not everyone in her family talks about Norine leaving them. Then again, they had to all witness how Pat was treating Oakley... I'm not sure if anyone of you come from a big family, but Pat is grown, all his siblings could do was help when Oakley was younger and he was alone, but if you have grown siblings, you know... you can't force them to make the decisions you clearly see would be best for them... even when it's the wrong one. All you can do is tell them your opinion and see what they do and support them after if it blows up in their face. That is what Pat's siblings did...

Some couldn't believe that Pat is Amelia's father... really? I think I started laying the ground work for that since the prologue... especially around chapter 4 to chapter 9... I think the first clue was when Oakley says that Sarah talks about how the man that left her is a deadbeat like Norine. But then Oakley states, that Pat never speaks about Amelia's father badly... so now we know why. I mean why would he speak about himself badly? lol
