Chapter 2

It was Saturday at last. No school! Yes! Today I was spending the day with Amelia.

The amazingly, wonderful Amelia.

Every now and again I drift in and out of my own world thinking about what Sam had to me the other day. "I promise you will be fine". It kept repeating itself in my head. To myself I wonder if I would ever be okay but you know what people say - positive mental attitude. Well that's not going to help.

"So, Abi what you wanna do?" Amelia asked.

"Let's go to the beach".

It was a hot day so we decided that it was a good idea. We walked down the road and onto the beach. As use well on a day like today it was packed. We walked to an empty spot and sat down.

I looked to my left as I could hear giggling. There sat Amelia laughing god knows at what.

"What" I asked her.

"Your face looks so serious" she said giggling.

"How does it? It can't be as bad as bad as your 'seriously' look". Started laughing to myself wondering if she got what I meant, as she can be a bit slow some of the time, and her excuse is 'I'm blonde'.

"Thanks for that, but yours is worse". she pulled one of them faces that she pulls a little too often now. She got up and walked to the sea, I followed her and the next thing I know I have sea water on my face and all over my clothes. I stood there thinking 'omg you just didn't do that'.

"Right that's it Amelia, your dead".

I then kicked a load of water at her. Then she reacted and scoped up some in her hands and throws it at me. We carried on like this for a while till our clothes were drenched and we looked liked drowned rats.

We walked off the beach laughing at each other and went up the road to my house, where we dried off and got something to eat and of course it had to be pasta!!! Nommy! Nommy!

Next on the list was raving to McFly! LOL.

The whole time world seems to stop when I'm with Amelia she is my BFF and makes my day and makes me think that I'm just like her, being weirdly strange all the time.

Tomorrow is a new day and I can't wait as we are going to Legoland!!!

"Guys wake up!" my mum shouted up the stairs. Getting up this early takes effort which no-one has at 6o'clock in the Moring. I suppose its only half an hour different from when I have to go to school.

"Moring mum" I said walking into the kitchen with a sleep walking zombie called Amelia behind me.

Thump! Thump! Thump!

"That would be Zac and Charlie"

"No its Bella and Susan" Amelia sarcastic said

I just stood there and started laughing.

"Hurry up we have to leave in half an hour" mum said to us, running around the house like a loony.

"Okay okay mum were moving" I said standing there doing the robert whilst trying not to laugh.

15 minutes later we were in the car waiting for mum.

"Hurry up mum" my brother shouted out the window of the car.

"Alright I'm coming" locking the front door as she said this.

"Right lets go" she said with a sigh.

"Hahaha that was so funny and then I got you soaked" Amelia said

"Yes you did and I won't forgive you for that" I replied

It was Monday morning and we were discussing our weekends. But mine and Amelia's was the best! Of course as we are just too awesome!! :)

I have no idea what I would do without her.
