Summary: King Il of Kouka, a land said in legends to have been founded by four dragons, has only one remaining heir, a daughter named Yona. She lives a happy life in the palace with her cousin Soo-won, who she loves in spite of her father's opposition to them marrying. Her life is turned upside down when Soo-won murders her father and steals the throne. Yona, with her childhood friend and bodyguard Hak, must retreat to gather allies and reclaim her place as ruler of the kingdom.

I'm so beyond ready for a second season!!
I started this thinking this was going to be a silly reverse harem anime. I was wrong. Again ready for that second season!
The names they chose to have are more Korean sounding. And the locations sound like the old middle eastern names.
You get to see Princess Yona change from a pampered princess to a badass with a death glare so strong it'll stop hearts.
I give it a 3.5 out of 5.
I'm sure season 2 will be a flat out, no question 5 out of 5.
