Sickness Leave Me In Peace (On hold)

 As she sat on the front steps on that sunny day, Nina was trying to get a good tan. Her skinny legs and nobly knees were unattractive, and boys only slightly glanced at her oval pimply face, her shiny black, yet dull hair, but they didn't notice her brilliant violet eyes. Her figure had not yet come out, though she was 14. So, she sat there looking around and around. When all of a sudden a boy comes by and walks by her yard and looks at her for only a second. She sighs and looks away thinking he thinks I am ugly. One minute later the same guy comes walking back the same way and instead of passing by he walks into her front yard and comes up to the porch and waves his hand. He says hey. She replies saying hello. They look at each other in the eyes for about five seconds, when the boy suddenly says, “You're beautiful did you know that?” She blushes deeply, and takes a look at the boy. His hair was brown-blond, and his eyes were light green. He was tall, and, (she squirmed inside) about her age.

"No one has ever said that before," she says quietly. 

"Well, they should," says the boy forcefully, "My name is Seth, what's yours?" He extends his hand in a greeting. She takes it. "So what's yours," asks Seth.

“My name is Nina,” she says. Seth looks her in the eyes and says,

“That’s the most beautiful name you have to match your beauty.” Seth sits down beside Nina. They are still holding hands.

Nina says, “Why, thank you! You have a beautiful name too. I think that you are hot.” She blushes a lot and looks down to embarrassed to look at him. She feels a finger on her chin. It pushes on her chin and forces her to look Seth in the eyes.

He says, “I love it when you blush it reminds me of these beautiful roses that I must show you sometime. I think its cute how you blush that red. Also, thanks for the comment."

 Then Nina’s little brother decides to come home from school. Seth pretends to be a friend of Nina’s and tweaks her nose. "What are YOU doing?" sneers Sam, her little brother. "Got to go!" says Seth, and leaves, just as he is handing Nina his email. Nina grabs and puts it in her pocket with out a glance at it. Nina shouts, "See you tomorrow?"

"Maybe," Seth answers back. Nina watches him leave and when he is out of sight she turns to her brother. She then says, "Why did you do that?"

"Do what?" Sam asks.

"Oh, you know what! You just chased the first guy to talk to me away," she screams at him.
