The Sword Breaker bow

Five years after Winds of Change

Myth walked into the communal dining room where most of the people she knew went to congregate. Jasmine was cradling a cup of coffee and yawned. “Late night?” Myth asked as she sat and poured herself a coffee, the rooms were almost silent as most of the inhabitants of these rooms were off performing duties or in classes.

Jasmine nodded, “Rayven insisted I learn how to ghost hunt…”

Myth grinned, “Jasmine, you’ve been a St Claire now for three years, you need to know how to be a St Claire.”

“St Claire’s barely know how to be St Claire’s!” Jasmine exclaimed as she remembered the day her existence changed.

~ Flashback ~

“Get a room!” Jasmine taunted Thais as he was again wrapped up in his mate’s arms kissing.

Thais broke the kiss, “Oh I am so going to get you back when you find your mate!”

Rachel chuckled as she stoked the small fire she had lit to make tea. They were at the old keep that Eclipse had finally talked the council into allowing the Dragons to turn into a Wyre. Draykus released Thais and both walked over to join Rachel at the fire.

Myth was carefully climbing on the huge blocks of rock which had once been a part of the keep; Thais had all warned them that some of the blocks were unstable. Crystal had already managed to squeeze in between several blocks and confirmed that indeed the internal part of the old keep were still intact although the dragon’s planned to change the internal proportions and layout of the old keep including sealing up the old dungeons where Alanna had earned part of her reputation.
