"Make sure to read chapter four though eight to night guys." The professor yelled as we all got up to leave. I sighed heavily, who seriously has time to read that many chapters?
Not me.
As I entered the hallway on my way to my dorm, I started to wonder about Sydney, That girl's been on my mind for a while now. This can't be good. I mean she's a nice girl and all but, we're on different sides of the country for crying out loud! It could never work and never will.
"Aye, Loser!" I looked behind me to see a running Asher coming my way. "where are you going?"
"To sleep." I say with little interest.
"No you're not!" Asher suddenly blurted out making me jump. "You are coming with me to grab something to eat." He said blocking the direction to our dorm. I sigh in defeat.
"You're paying." I say with my back facing Asher. I hear him chuckle and turn around. "What's so funny?" I asked the least bit amused.
"If you didn't spend the night talking to you know who, you wouldn't be tired." He smirks referring to Sydney.
"That's not your business." I turn back around not wanting him to see my pink face.
"Whatever loser." He chuckles.
