By the time I got to Mikey's, Alexia was practically trembling in excitement. "Jeez, Lexi, chill out!" I called to her, dropping my overly stuffed backpack by the door.

"Eek!" she squeaked.

"And you, Frank Iero," I growled. He gave a nervous chuckle. I swear I heard Mikey say something along the lines of 'busted'. "What type of vegetarian are you?! You are supposed to hate animals being used for food purposes!"

"Oh," he responded, a look of sadness sweeping over his face. "I didn't think about that." I face palmed.

"You just don't think sometimes, huh? And those dogs are horrible." He grinned at that, all sadness wiped away, and began laughing his ass off.

"Ha ha! Sucks to be you!"

"I'll get you back, just you wait," I threatened, but I found everyone laughing at me. Well, except for Lexi. She was looking around the place in awe, like a little kid at the toy store.

"We should make cookies! And get ice cream!" she yelled, jumping up and down. Goodness, she was like Frank.

"And candy!" Frank screamed, dashing to the door.

"Pie, too!" Lexi shouted, scrambling to the door as well. Mikey, Ray and Bob just stared at them like they were crazy. Hell, they were crazy.

"Cream Pie," Frank grinned devilishly, a wicked glint in his eyes.

"I'll never look at pie the same way," Mikey muttered.

"Okay," I said awkwardly, "I'll make the cookies and you guys can go get... other things." Frank giggled obnoxiously as they all headed out the door. "Pervert," I muttered.

"You know you love me!" Frank cried gleefully over his shoulder, winking.

"In your dreams, short stack," I retorted.

He gasped in mock terror and said, "How do you know my dreams?" Then a smirk crept up his face and he said in a suggestive voice, "Would you like to know what happens in my dreams?" He tried to keep a straight face, he really did, but his eyebrows were wiggling and he giggled.

"No!" I yelled.

"Awful defensive, aren't you?" he grinned and the others laughed.

"No, ugh, no. You know what? Fuck you, Frank," I grumbled.

"Fuck me? Anytime, babe," he purred. I face palmed and the rest were practically collapsed against the car from laughing. Then a thought popped in my head.

"You know, I would, but there isn't anything to fuck, so..." I trailed off and instantly there were a bunch of 'oohs'. Yes, it was childish, but I couldn't help it.

"That's not nice," he grumbled, pouting and stomping over to the car.

"I'll make the cookies!" I called after them as they drove away. I wasn't sure if they heard me or not. Shrugging, I went over into the kitchen and gathered the ingredients for chocolate chip cookies. I noticed that the house was silent- too silent. And I wasn't in my own house so I was uncomfortable. Silent houses are creepy.

So what was the best way to fill a silent house?

You guessed it- music.

I went into the living room and pulled off a random CD from the shelf and put it in the stereo. Loud music instantly filled my ears and I screamed along. Then I went back to kitchen and started mixing all of the ingredients.

I was singing, not well might I add, along with the band and using a spatula as a microphone. I was ridiculous.

It was around the fifth song that I was forming the dough into balls and putting them on the tray. It was also around the fifth song that I wondered where they could possibly be. "I was wondering what all the racket was," a voice said behind me.
