My eyes fly wide open as soon as my alarm goes off playing "Embrace The Evil" by one of my favorite bands Upon This Dawning.
I immediately jump out from my bed since I'm really eager to get this day started.
Today is the day I finally get to see Upon This Dawning live in concert, and hopefully I'll get to meet everyone in the band.
I walk over to my iPod dock and tap the shuffle button before making my way inside my bathroom so I can take a quick shower.
It takes me about ten minutes until I'm completely done taking a shower, and start to look through my closet for my outfit for the day.
I finally end up with a dark blue tank top that says "Perfect Boys only Exist In Bands", with a black leather jacket, my black ripped skinny jeans, and my combat boots.
Once I'm fully dressed, I start on my makeup that consists of Mascara, light color of eyeshadow and some lipgloss.
To finish off my outfit, I walk over to grab my Black Craft beanie that's placed on my nightstand.
I'm sure the guys from Upon This Dawning will love it since that's all they basically wear.
After turning my music off, I look at my reflection in the mirror to make sure I look good before grabbing my phone, concert tickets, and car keys so I can start to make my way out of the house.
Unfortunately I was going to the concert alone since I really don't have a friend that likes the bands that are playing tonight at the concert.
It's not really that big of a deal since I've been to plenty of concerts all on my own before. I always end up having a really fun time and end up talking to some of the people at the concert anyways.
As soon as I start the engine of my car, I blast Upon This Dawning's newest album We Are All Sinners, as I start to drive onto the busy street.
I sung along to each song loudly the entire time, and yes... Some people who drove by me gave me crazy looks.
But did I care? Nope.
Once the arena that the concert is being held at comes into my view, I start to have a mini heart attack since I'm really really excited for tonight.
After I pay for my parking ticket and find a empty spot to park my car at, I check the time on my phone and notice that it's already five pm.
I quickly get out of my car and head into the short line of people that are waiting to get inside the venue.
I always like to go to concerts early so I can be at the front and see whoever is performing right in front of me, not having to worry about many people blocking my view.
For the next hour and a half, I go on my phone and check Instagram and Twitter to pass the time.
Is a good thing that I brought my portable charger.
The butterflies in my stomach start to grow wider once they start to let people inside the venue thirty minutes before the concert starts.
I look around the small room that the concert is being held at stop my eyes on Dani and Chris from Upon This Dawning as they walk right past me.
I smile and wave hi at them quickly before their out of my sight.
I felt my stomach turn upside down when they waved hi back.
