I'll keep you in my diary

My little blue book

I write every word about you

As I hide in a far nook

Yes, we breath the same air

We walk in matching isles

Two feet away

Your sweet voice pierce into my ears

And I hear you say hey

My heart beats swiftly

As I catch your dazzling smile

A blush forms quickly

Your eyes lock with mine

I smile back slowly And count my time

Seconds, minutes rush by

As we talk and chat

My mouth runs dry

When she comes into the picture

Helplessly, I watch As she laces her fingers with yours

My heart shatters

And my eyes fall to the floors

You were never mine

I was always in the back of the line

My feeling will not change

They will never fade

I'll just keep you in my diary

So no one else can see

The love I have for you

One that will never be
